Training methods

Ball handling

Ball handling in soccer is crucial to a player’s success. It allows for precise ball control, quick changes of direction, and creative plays. Players with good ball handling can control the game, create scoring chances, and use their teammates effectively. Only countless repetitions enable perfect ball handling.

Ball control

Ball control is one of the basic techniques that must be systematically learned and consolidated. Accordingly, the degree of difficulty of the exercises must be adapted and always a reference to a concrete follow-up action must be established.

Dribbling

Dribbling is one of the most important elements in the game of soccer and can be divided into 3 different types: Tempo dribbling, ball holding dribbling, opponent overcoming dribbling. We delve into the different options and teach their executions and ways of controlling the ball.

Pass

A precise passing game is the basis of any success. If the balls do not reach the teammates, any match tactics, no matter how good, are useless. Improving the various passing techniques can therefore not be on the training schedule often enough.

Goal shot

Also in the goal shot counts the technique and not the strength. With a high number of repetitions and exercise forms from different angles, we train the most important shooting techniques and precision in goal shooting.
