Roland Radusovsky Soccer School conducts soccer individual and group training for children and adults, as well as Kids Camps.

2. booking

The booking of participation in the activities of Roland Radusovsky Soccer School, in particular in trainings, education and courses, is made exclusively online via the homepage of Roland Radusovsky in advance of the booked activity. Participants without a valid confirmation of participation are excluded from participation in the corresponding trainings, educations and courses.

3. public places

The trainings, educations and courses take place mainly on public places. Participants must abide by the house rules of the public places. Gross and/or repeated violations of the house rules of the various places may result in exclusion from the booked activity. In this case, there is no right to a refund of the participation fee.

4 Conclusion of the contract and withdrawal

By booking an activity, a legally valid contract between the participants and the Roland Radusovsky Soccer School is concluded. Refunds of the participation fee are excluded. If the participant withdraws from the contract, in particular by not participating in the booked training, course or education, the paid participation fee is forfeited without replacement. This also applies in the event that participants take part in the booked training, course or training only to a limited extent in terms of space or time; in this case, there will be no proportional refund of the participation fee.

5 Withdrawal of the Roland Radusovsky soccer school / discontinuation of the offer

If there is a registration deadline and a minimum number of participants for participation in trainings, educations and courses and if the minimum number of participants is not reached at the registration deadline, Roland Radusovsky Soccer School is entitled to combine groups or cancel the training, education or course.

Furthermore, Roland Radusovsky Soccer School expressly reserves the right to temporarily or permanently restrict the use of the training facilities and equipment at any time, as well as to cancel trainings, educations and courses, especially in case of official measures, force majeure, security or other reasons.

In case of cancellation of activities by the Roland Radusovsky Soccer School, any participation fee already paid will be refunded to the participants.

Further claims of the participants are excluded.

6 Insurance

It is the responsibility of the participants to take out insurance in connection with the use of the training facilities and equipment, as well as participation in training, education and courses. Roland Radusovsky Soccer School recommends that all participants take out comprehensive accident and health insurance valid for the activity.

7 Disclaimer

The use of the offers of Roland Radusovsky Soccer School, in particular the use of the training facilities and equipment as well as the participation in trainings, education and courses is at your own risk. Roland Radusovsky Soccer School assumes no liability for personal injury, property damage and financial loss in connection with the use of the training facilities and equipment and participation in training, education and courses. Excluded from this are damages caused by gross negligence or intent on the part of the Roland Radusovsky Soccer School (or a legal representative or its employees) (Art. 100 Para. 1 OR). In particular, Roland Radusovsky Soccer School is not liable for direct or indirect damages (consequential damages), such as injuries, which may occur in connection with the use of the training facilities and equipment as well as the participation in trainings, education and courses, as well as for the loss of objects, money or other valuables.

The non-contractual liability is fully excluded, as well as the liability for auxiliary persons (incl. liability for gross negligence and intent), as far as they are not employees of Roland Radusovsky Soccer School.

8. photo and video recordings

Roland Radusovsky Soccer School reserves the right to produce photo and video material on the occasion of trainings, educations and courses, in particular for use on its social media channels, on which participants may be recognizable. By participating in the trainings, educations and courses, the participant expressly agrees to the recording of picture and video material as well as their use on the social media channels of the Roland Radusovsky Soccer School and waives any claims for compensation.

9. intellectual property

This website of Roland Radusovsky Soccer School and the content published on it (images, graphics, files, texts and other content) are protected by copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights. The reproduction, publication, further processing or other use in electronic media, other websites, print media or in any other way requires the prior express written consent of Roland Radusovsky Soccer School for both private and commercial use.

11. applicable law, place of jurisdiction

The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich. All disputes are subject to Swiss law.
