My philosophy

You can only demand things from children and youths that you fulfill yourself!

Contact person for the children

The children and young people can come to me with your problems, regardless of whether they are of a private or soccer nature.

Authority

The youths and children follow your instructions. I get positive recognition through expertise and/or social skills, not fear.

Honesty

I am open and honest. Do not try to hide or gloss over problems.

Commitment

Put in a lot of time to enforce my goals as a trainer.

Fair play without restraint

Do not criticize referees and be a good loser or winner. Ask children and youth to apologize after a foul play. Fair play also applies when dealing with each other.

Soccer enthusiasm

I am enthusiastic about soccer, show it to the children and young people.

Neat appearance

Also pay attention to your training and playing clothes.

Have your emotions under control

Don’t freak out, stay objective. Physical and emotional violence are an absolute taboo.

Politeness

I exemplify politeness. Opponents, referees, groundskeepers and parents appreciate a little courtesy. Show it to the kids.

Integration ability

I can quickly integrate into groups. It does not prepare me any problems to accept new children or young people into the team. I convey the integration ability also to the children and young people.
